The goods

Retail merchandise encompassing everyday casual textiles, soy and paraffin wax scented candles, domestic scent diffusers, artisan nature-inspired home gifts, topical beard and hair grooming products for cosmetic maintenance, and canine collars, leashes, and utility gear. Item listings detail what comes in the parcel, the quantity and the specifications. Images show representative goods. Box details may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

Checkout submission initiates your order. We acknowledge it by email. The sales contract takes effect upon physical dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is depleted or data cannot be validated, refunding all paid funds promptly.

Prices and payment

All figures display in USD and are listed in USD. Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout where required. Shipping fees display at checkout before payment. We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a plain clerical pricing mistake occur, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch and ask whether you wish to confirm or cancel.

Delivery

Shipping routes, expected durations and fees appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk shifts to you upon receipt of the items.

Product images and colors

Our photographs represent real items from our workshop batches. Screen calibrations, browser profiles and ambient room light alter digital tones. Slight shade differences are not flaws, nor do they qualify for complimentary returns or credit. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We hold responsibility for your parcel until physical handoff to you or your designated recipient at your stated address. Custody and risk of loss pass to you from that point. Note any external shipping damage with the delivery driver and inform us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return purchases within 30 days of delivery under terms on our Returns page. Goods are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for 30 days from the date of physical delivery. This warranty excludes normal cosmetic wear, improper burning or handling of candles, normal fabric wear, unauthorized modification, or pet-induced chewing damage.

• Customized apparel or personalized pet gear bearing bespoke embroidery or engraved nameplates
• Perishable botanical arrangements or items subject to rapid deterioration
• Opened or unsealed beard oils, hair pomades, balms, and personal care cosmetics due to dermal hygiene and safety standards
• Goods that become inseparably mixed with other materials following physical delivery
• Digital gift cards or downloadable content once the digital delivery process has started

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the cumulative liability of Alder & Stone LLC for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the lesser of $100.00 or the total purchase amount paid for the specific order. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that statutory law does not allow to be limited.

Age and use

You must reach age 18 to make a purchase. Apply products solely as stated on the container label. They do not replace formal medical guidance.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflicts of law principles. We prefer to resolve disagreements directly. When that is not possible, legal matters go before the competent court where the seller is registered, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
