Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier shipment to your street address: building, apartment, city, and postal code. We may request a signature for orders over $75.00.

Pickup point

Pick up your parcel at a local locker or collection point. Packages wait for 7 days before returning to us.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:30 on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order number as soon as you complete checkout.

Candles and handcrafted decor are encased in heavy-duty recyclable fluted cardboard with custom molded inserts to prevent transit vibration or breakage. Grooming formulations and beard balms feature thermal-resistant seals and tamper-evident wrapping, while apparel and dog accessories are packed in weather-resistant poly-mailers.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your domestic carrier tracking number is sent via email and SMS text messaging, allowing live movement tracking directly on the carrier portal.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking shows no progress for 5 business days, write to [email protected] with your order number. We start an investigation with the courier and reship the goods or issue a full refund, per your choice, within 10 business days of your claim.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If damage occurs during transit, document the outer carton and damaged items with clear photographs and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so our team can initiate an immediate replacement or refund.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when the package is handed over. No advance payment is needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer payment to our company account. Account details appear after checkout and in your order confirmation email. The parcel ships once funds arrive, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card numbers or banking passwords by email or phone.

We deliver to specific countries. Shipping rates and delivery times appear at checkout prior to payment. The recipient pays local customs duties when due.
