Section · 01

Conditions

Items are eligible for return within exactly 30 days from courier delivery. Products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in factory condition with original tags, candle wick covers, and safety seals undisturbed. Dog accessories must be clean and completely free of pet hair, odors, or bite marks.

For health, sanitary, and dermal safety compliance, opened grooming products, used beard washes, burnt candles, customized pet collars, and clearance items marked final sale cannot be accepted for return or refund.

Start a return

Contact [email protected] with your order number and specific items requested for return
Receive an authorized return merchandise authorization number and destination return address instructions
Pack products securely in their original protective packaging with factory seals intact to avoid transit damage
Receive your reimbursement via direct bank transfer or store credit within 3-10 business days after inspection approval

Who pays return shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover postage. We supply a prepaid shipping label or send a courier. If you simply change your mind, you fund return postage. We make no other deductions.

Refund timing and method

We issue your refund within 3 business days of approval. Cash-on-delivery purchases are sent via bank transfer to your chosen account. Bank-transfer payments return to the original bank account. Financial institutions generally post funds in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

For another size, finish or item, complete the return steps and submit a fresh order. We refund the returned piece once received. If the exchange stems from our packing error, the replacement parcel travels at our cost.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel without fee prior to dispatch. Send your order code to [email protected]. Standard return rules apply once an order leaves our facility.
